About
A small studio that cares about the details
MW Studio is an app development and creative studio working with businesses around the world.
From video edits to business apps
MW Studio started with video editing and graphic design. Working on Upwork, our founder Muttaqi Waheed became a Top Rated freelancer with a 100% Job Success Score and more than 200 completed projects for clients worldwide.
Along the way, one thing kept coming up: small and growing businesses were running on paper registers, scattered Excel files and generic apps that didn't fit how they worked. So the studio started building apps — first for close clients, then as ready-made products anyone can use.
Today MW Studio builds custom apps like Cases Manager for a tax consultancy, ready-made apps like LedgerLink and PayPulse Pro, and still produces videos and designs for brands.
How we work
We listen first
Before any design, we learn how your business actually runs — who does what, and what goes wrong today.
Quick, honest replies
You talk directly to the person building your app, on WhatsApp, usually the same day.
Built to be used
Simple screens your staff understand on day one, and apps that keep working when the internet doesn't.
Video & design work
Promo videos and designs for startups, law firms and agencies around the world.
What clients say
“We managed every notice, filing and deadline in Excel sheets, and things slipped through. Cases Manager now shows my staff and me exactly where each case stands and what is due this week. Muttaqi built it around how our firm actually works, moved all our old Excel records in, and made changes quickly whenever we asked.”
And from our video and design clients on Upwork:
